DIR Construction & Renovations Inc. is a licensed and insured general contractor (RBQ 5685-6065-01) specializing in residential renovations across the West Island and Greater Montreal, including Pointe-Claire, Beaconsfield, Kirkland, and Dollard-des-Ormeaux.
We complete kitchen, bathroom, basement, and full-home renovations, as well as home additions, siding installation, and deck construction. Projects range from upgrading existing spaces to full layout transformations designed to improve how each home functions day to day.

They were genuinely excited by the project and strived to provide us with the best space possible within our budget. My wife and I have hired DIR for multiple projects over the past three years, starting with a basement bathroom renovation. We were so impressed with both the results and the experience that we went on to hire them for several larger projects, including full bathroom and basement renovations, flood mitigation work, a home theatre room, and roof replacement.
When our home was flooded in 2017, DIR was at our doorstep the very next day. Their concern was genuine, and they quickly identified and fixed the source of groundwater infiltration before beautifully rebuilding our basement. When flooding hit again in 2019, not a single drop entered our basement — a true testament to their expertise in construction and design.

From day one, DIR Construction and Renovation were a pleasure to work with. My husband and I had never taken on a massive renovation before and were a little nervous about the scope of our project.
