A DIR design-build home addition project, this simple 225 square foot bungalow extension doubled the kitchen footprint and gave our clients their dream kitchen with a three seater breakfast bar, a bright new dining room with French doors and accessibility to a new 120 sq.ft. raised deck with glass railings which will be stained once the wood weathers. The extension was built on technoposts which were covered in durable pressure treated lumber to match the deck. White Maibec wood siding was chosen for its beauty and longevity for the exterior. The pressure treated lattice skirting will be painted white once the wood weathers.
